Stailer Corporation ("Stailer," "we," "us") is committed to transparency about our use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. This notice explains which AI features are available on the Stailer platform ("Platform"), what data they process, and how you can exercise control over your interactions with AI systems.

1. AI Features Overview
The Stailer platform incorporates AI technologies to enhance the beauty professional experience. In accordance with EU AI transparency requirements, we inform you that the following features are powered by artificial intelligence. When you interact with any AI-powered feature on the Platform, you are interacting with an automated system, not a human.
2. AI Look Simulator
The Look Simulator uses AI image-processing models to generate visual previews of potential hairstyles, hair colors, or makeup looks based on a selfie or reference photo that you voluntarily upload.
- Data processed: Uploaded selfie photos and reference images.
- Purpose: To provide a visual simulation of beauty services before booking.
- Data handling: Images are processed in real time and automatically deleted within 30 days unless you explicitly choose to save them. Images are not used to train AI models.
- Legal basis: Explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR for biometric-adjacent data).
3. AI Call Assistant
The AI Call Assistant can handle incoming and outgoing voice calls on behalf of salon partners, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
- Data processed: Call audio (processed in real time, not stored), caller phone number, appointment details.
- Purpose: To automate routine appointment communications and reduce no-shows.
- Disclosure: Callers are informed at the beginning of each call that they are speaking with an AI assistant.
- Provider: Voice processing is handled by Twilio; language understanding by OpenAI and/or Google Cloud AI.
4. AI Marketing Tools
Stailer offers AI-powered tools for creating marketing content, including promotional banners, social media posts, and advertising campaigns.
- Data processed: Business profile data, service catalog, branding preferences.
- Purpose: To help Partners create professional marketing materials efficiently.
- Output: All AI-generated content is clearly labeled as AI-generated where required by applicable law. Partners review and approve all content before publication.
5. AI Chat Assistant
The Platform includes an AI-powered chat assistant that can answer questions about the Platform, help with onboarding, and provide support.
- Data processed: Chat messages, account context (non-sensitive).
- Purpose: To provide instant assistance and guidance.
- Disclosure: The chat interface clearly indicates when you are interacting with an AI assistant rather than a human support agent.
6. Data Processing and AI
AI features on the Platform may utilize third-party AI services, including OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, and Twilio. Data shared with these providers is governed by Data Processing Agreements and is used solely to deliver the requested feature. Your data is not used by these providers to train their general-purpose AI models.

7. Human Oversight
All AI features on the Platform are designed with human oversight. AI-generated outputs (images, text, marketing content) are presented as suggestions or drafts for human review and approval. No AI system on the Platform makes autonomous decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on individuals without human review.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- You may choose not to use any AI-powered feature. Core Platform functionality (booking, scheduling, account management) does not require AI feature usage.
- You may request information about how AI features process your data by contacting privacy@stailer.app.
- You may request human review of any AI-assisted decision or output.
- You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you (Art. 22 GDPR).
